I have called 13 times no service !! They have my acct linked to other people they should close down very inadequate people working there

Comcast is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I was specifically told my Xfinity Pro would be free and now they are charging me.

Was without INTERNET, TV, PHONE, for 8 days. Couldn't get a hold of a real person to talk to. Customer service is terrible, everything AI. Still can't talk to anyone so they can credit my account.
