Be careful, this company does not appreciate its customers #1, do not accept anything for free, you may regret it, #2. Do not give them a social number, if they remove the service, they will always charge you even if you pay your ACCOUNTS, and #3, the service never worked, the internet was taxed I was never able to watch full movies, the worst company that exists, I don't recommend it to anyone. I called the worst scammer company just be careful I wish I had read all bad reviews before got xfinity service there worst nightmare in Philadelphia pennsylvania

Company is lie to me. I ask in the chat about visit technical specialist because my internet doesn’t work. they said it gonna be for free. After he came they charge me 100$. Then I texted again and they said they gonna do refund during next 3 days and nothing happened , then I texted again and again they promised and nothing happened. by the way reason why my internet doesn’t work because they has issues i the company data base

Rates getting higher and higher for lack of channels. Roosevelt store stays very crowded. Best time is early am. Limited staffing. Internet sucked.

This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was told by the Xfinity representative that I could get my sim cards and phones activated at the store, but when I arrived, a brown-skinned employee with short braids or locs told me that they don't do activations there. He then gave me two SIM cards and told me to call the 1800 number, when he could have easily done the activation himself. It's always your own people who’s lazy and not willing to help out. I went home lost and confused because I didn’t know the steps and when I called the 1800 number they was confused as to why he didn’t help me because it’s was challenging getting both phones to activate.Update: Instead of addressing negative comments and apologizing for customers' bad experiences, this store should focus on actively seeking feedback and improving their customer service. By only responding to positive comments, they are ignoring potential issues and not taking responsibility for any negative experiences their customers may have had. A truly customer-centric store would prioritize addressing and resolving all types of feedback, not just the positive ones.
