Went in this morning to sort out some ongoing billing issues from not so helpful online/ phone support, but Charles was able to walk me through and help me better understand what was going on and present a clear path forward. Although he is not able to go back in time and prevent the discrepancy in the first place, lol, he was an absolute rockstar and a pleasure to work with. It's a relief to know there is a reliable point of contact that I count on moving forward. 1000/10!! Xfinity is lucky to have Charles.

People at the store are very helpful and professional but the overall service of Xfinity/Comcast is just terrible!
It’s so bad it’s incredible and sad: slow connections, AI assistant that is useless circling you around and wasting time, no way to directly contact support. The mobile app is also useless. You need to go through a forum (!?!?) to finally be able to get in touch with the support. It then takes you hours to solve the issue because they take at least 5-15min each time they answer. I do not recommend, really I don’t.

This store is a complete scam. Do not go to this store to get any phone line. I tried to open a new line, and supposedly the system wouldn’t let it go through for some unknown reason. Then they sent me the order by email, only to cancel it again. I placed the order six times, even with supervisors, and they kept transferring me to departments that had nothing to do with what was supposedly missing to complete the order. They have the worst customer service in the United States. They charged me $234 as a down payment without even knowing if the order would be processed, just to waste my time calling and having to explain the same thing over and over again.

I visited the store because Xfinity's online customer service messed up my account. Mohammed worked to correct it and ensured I left with everything that I needed to properly set up my internet and cable. I actually left my personal laptop in the store and within 5 minutes, the manager Amanda was calling me to come get it and offered to lock it up in the safe overnight if I could not make it back. Image the stress I would have experienced trying to find my laptop had she of not called me. My initial intention was to cancel my services because of the terrible experience that I had dealing with the online rep; however Mohammed and Amanda quickly change my mind with their top-notch customer service, knowledge, and care.

Thanks to Leroyende, I had an excellent experience at the Comcast store on Walnut Street. He helped me with my Xfinity Mobile account and switched me to a plan that works better for me. I'm a little older and not tech savvy, so I really appreciated his patience with explaining everything...from the technology to the billing. Ask for Leroyende; you won't be disappointed.

Worst customer service ever, I had 2 weeks on phone with xfinity, the person on call told me to go to store maybe they can help boy was i wrong, they could not help me until the account owner arrives, fair so i was trying to make a call to him asking him to come meet me in store, this guy Nadim Harris (assistant store manager app) constantly try to talk over me while im on a call LOL, he kept try to intervene my PHONE CALL, by yelling and acting super aggressive. I dont know if he needed a hug or low blood sugar, we are cancelling the account i dont ever wanna or engage this store.

Absolutely horrible customer service. You’re promised one thing and delivered absolutely nothing. After 2 trips to the store and 7 different phone calls I’m left with “there’s no solution we can come to we can’t overwrite the system.” Over THEIR mistake. Lost a mobile and internet customer over this. It’s actually fraudulent business practices. The agent I spoke with on the phone was lovely but couldn’t help.
But the company in general (definitely this location) is a scam. I’m not going to let this go. I was promised:
- 1100 trade in for my phone (as a new customer as of 10/1)
- 400 credit for my husbands line since we ported the number
- a gift card to pay off my previous Verizon bill.
The person on the phone told me since I am now an “existing customer” and none of this was processed when we became new customers we don’t qualify for any of it. This is money out of my pocket and the whole reason I even switched to Xfinity.
This is actually fraudulent business behavior and extremely upsetting. I was told nothing can be done even though he acknowledged this was the agents fault and not my fault. I'm canceling services for both mobile and internet because yall don't deserve ANY business

Poor customer service. A basic problem will require you to have like 5-10 phone calls and a visit to a store, only to find out that they do not see their mistakes. Lost a customer over manager misunderstanding and a $50 installation fee which should have been waved since i was a customer for 11 years. Thanks, Verizon had a better deal anyways.
