I came in around noon in the middle of a snowstorm to handle an equipment exchange. I was greeted at the door and after I explained why I was there I was immediately taken to someone in the back who could assist me with my issue. I worked with sales associate Charles Small who was pleasant to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable. My issue was handled in less than 5 minutes.

The staff is rude and lazy! If u want to learn more contact me. I would explain now but don't believe you care as have you read all the bad reviews?....Horrible customer service.

Worst service ever. Gave us attitude the whole time and made everything so complicated because he didn't want to do his job. The phone still has issues which we are attempting to fix through customer service. All in all what should've been a simple fix basically took hours because of an incompetent person who shouldn't have a customer facing job.

I was very bad experience to us. We transferred our numbers to Xfinity. Rich said to us it will take a couple of minutes. Then he said it will take max 3 hours. But we have waited for 3 days. Rich didn't reply my text messages. They don't know their job. They are not professionals. I am very regretful to transferred my lanes to Xfinity.Xfinity= disappointment

First of all, I ordered something online for pickup like the self-install router kit and never received an email saying it’s ready for pickup. I went ahead and called them and the agent said to just go to the store since it’s ready.When I went to the store, I approached a guy name Jordan, and doesn’t look like he wants to help. I told him I’m picking up an order. He said just wait. Then I saw him on his phone not doing anything and asked if he needs anything from me and he said no. Then I asked him how long is it gonna take? He said 5 mins. Then start walking around the store again. Then I saw ELTON assisting someone and I just asked him a quick question. He kindly answered me and actually assisted me with my order. I then saw Jordan again and asked if he checked my order already, he said he didn’t and was just walking around the store. I was flabbergasted because I thought checking my order but he didn’t so Im just there literally wasting my time for nothing.The only reason I gave a star for this review is because of the 5 star experience provided by ELTON. In less than a minute, I got my order and he made sure I have all the information I needed. Thanks Elton!! If I have approached him first, this review would be a full five star!

Charles S. Cordially welcomed us took care of every single need.! 2 returns and an activation done in matter of minutes. Super informative knew every single answer to our questions and had patience with us…walked us tru all the different options xfinity offers and gave us the best deal that fit our need perfectly even got a chair for us while the computer was loading.professional and to the point. Hands down to professionals like him that made our day and life way easier.! Thank you VERY much.!

I have talked to a few customer service representatives on the phone about adding a line to my Apple Smart Watch for a family member and it has been frustrating because the agents are NOT knowledgeable about how to set up the device. There is no cellular service on the Apple Watch and these agents are so confused. One of them were rude to me because she didn’t know what to do.

Called Xfinity customer service to make arrangements to pick up my equipment to start service. They directed me to this store. When I entered there was no one to greet customers or take our name. Every associate was at a desk helping someone and there were 10-12 people waiting. When I stood near a desk to ask about checking in or letting them know why I was here, the guy stopped talking to his customers and said “there is a girl to check in with over there” and pointed toward the door. (She may have come back from a break or something but she hadn’t been available before. She was speaking with people as they came in and ignoring those of us who had entered in her absence.). I said she wasn’t there before. He pointed at her and said “okay, she’s not there, is she?” “You can’t see her?”Ignorant AF for no reason. Went on and on loudly. No reason to treat a customer this way. Avoid this location.

They turned my Internet off I've trying pay my bill since Thursday they keep saying my account is restricted then I call they hang up. So over it my kids do they homework smh. Looking for a other internet company. Like why can't I just pay my damn bill???

I was helped by a man named Quadere Scott at the Xfinity store in Center City Philadelphia on Walnut Street and he helped me for over two hours to get my phone service back up and running after I was on the fence about changing mobile phone companies Quadere was very helpful and encouraging and kind and because of him I am still an Xfinity mobile customer

Had a long wait at this store. Used to go to the store on Columbus ave which Comcast closed. Never had to wait so long at that store. The sign said “Columbus store closed but would be worth it.” I do not agree that it was worth it to close the convenient and quick store on Columbus

I made a call to an agent to reschedule the technician and then she cancelled my account without awareness that will disconnect my current service. Perhaps she thought she could only change to another date after disconnecting my account. I have to start over again with my installation process.

Xfinity Internet and Mobile customer here. Went in to pay off my 13 Pro and buy a 14 Pro as well as retrieve my number that was on hold for two months. Employee was absolutely certain that he was able to make this all happen as long as I had the funds needed. 1 hour later and $770 paid up…he then understood that he was not only unqualified but also improperly trained for the task at hand. I explained to the young inexperienced employee that if you can make this happen here is a $100 bill as a tip, then put $100 bill where my mouth was, on the table in front of him. I literally had to go to the one on Roosevelt Blvd where employee knowledge and expertise was like having a full tank of gas…plentiful! It is apparent that the employees at this particular location has not been properly trained and will waste your time instead of telling you the truth out front. NEVER AGAIN!

I’d never had an experience this bad. An Xfinity agent opened a second account under my name and he forgot to close the old one. I was billed twice for 3 months. They stole from my back account a total of $647. I been on the phone since April 11th and they had only reimbursed $215. They still have my $437 that for some reason every day since 4/11/23 they keep telling me to wait 3-5 days. Is May 18th and still nothing. They will bill me tomorrow for my services of this month, but won’t pay me back or credit me anything. They have kept $437 dollars away from me without any explanation. I’m sick and tired of this situation. IF TOU READ THIS DONT USE COMCAST. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. WATCH OUT. Avoid the nightmare. I’m going through so much and they do not care. They have stolen $437 from me!!!!
