Tanisha provided my family with EXCELLENT customer service! I brought my uncle in to discuss lowering his bill & exchange old equipment. Tanisha was so thorough, explained the details to my Uncle and even moved closer to him when she realized he was turning up his hearing aid. Thank you Tanisha for being so kind and helpful.

Tanisha was so positive and helpful. I had my old phone for around eight years and she helped the transition from an 8 to a 16 so easy and efficient! Especially around the holiday season! She informed me about the prices and what I was eligible for as well as helped me get a new cable box!

Tanisha Wow 🏆 , we were treated with extremely professional customer service, she resolved not some ,but all of our needs at Xfinity. She expeditiously helped us open a brand new mobile account, she also lowered the cable bill by $30 per month. Then she showed us how to start checking our xfinity app for perks,and by doing that we were able to save 50% on accessories!
She was breath of Air and Beyond Patient.

There’s someone there named Ceoni Bennett and she’s so good at her job she deserves a raise. She taught me a few things I didn’t know about iPads and plans, she made me so comfortable, and happy with the way she handled her business that I will only come to this specific Xfinity if I ever need anything new. Thanks Ceoni, for all of your help. Ask for her if you ever need anything from Xfinity and she will take care of you.
