They stole my trade in after i returned their device mike the manager is horrible and shamar will rush you along made me feel likei was holding him from going to the gym while he was making a commissionā¦.check out total wireless wat better service cheaper and no contract

I came in after being with T-Mobile for 13 years, and honestly the main reason I made the switch was because of Brianni. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She handled three activations, upgraded my phones, set up my home WiFi, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She even helped me recover forgotten passwords and locked-out iCloud accounts, and stayed patient through every step. She walked me through every detail and made sure everything was set up correctly ā down to making sure all my apps were downloaded and working perfectly.
I genuinely appreciate a representative who is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping people. A lot of phone stores focus only on making the sale, but Brianni goes above and beyond to make sure youāre fully taken care of.
If youāre visiting this store and want great customer service, wait for Brianni. Sheāll make your life so much easier!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Xfinity store. I came in with a simple request: to return old equipment. Instead of assisting me, the store manager with name Mike refused to help and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Returning equipment should be a straightforward task, yet I was met with resistance and no customer support. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide basic service reflects poorly on the storeās management. I had to call the customer service to resolve the issue. I expect better from Xfinity, and I hope they address this issue so other customers donāt face the same frustration.

Sales person kris put on screen protector and camera protector wrong and another worker said she did it wrong but they only fixed the screen protector and not the camera protector after purchasing a brand new iPhone 17 pro max thinking about switching to Verizon because staff is not knowledgeable and gave me attitude about correcting the situation

Xfinity is the perfect example of how a company should never operate. My phone is fully paid off, every requirement and every deadline has been met, yet itās still locked for no logical reason. Their customer support is a complete joke ā an endless loop of empty promises, clueless reps, and getting bounced around with zero actual help.
Every interaction with them feels like a total waste of time. Thereās absolutely no accountability and no real interest in fixing anything. It honestly seems like their entire system is designed to exhaust customers until they simply give up.
Xfinity doesnāt respect its customers and doesnāt follow its own policies. After this experience, I can say without hesitation: this is the worst service Iāve ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity ā stay as far away from Xfinity as possible.

If you want to be deceived, definitely visit this store. They initially promised one price, but I ended up with a bill much higher than expected. They also promised two free mobile lines, but then charged me for them. On top of that, they sold me a phone at full price thatās locked to their network, and now I canāt get them to unlock it. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and the network quality is poor. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this store if you want to avoid problems.

I visited an Xfinity store today and had a very disappointing experience. The woman who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, she just gave me the customer service phone number and told me to call them myself. It made me wonder why they even work there if they canāt provide proper assistance. She wouldnāt even let me speak ā it felt like only her opinion mattered. There was absolutely no respect toward customers. Very poor service and a complete lack of competence.

Walked in to drop off and return equipment, had to get checked in if I wanted a receipt otherwise was told to leave me equipment just sitting and someone would eventually get to it. Ridiculous you charge people tons of money every month and deliver subpar customer service for the most basic things
