I was referred here by three different people and they said they were really good I went I was told I need a new transmission I got a used transmission they forgot to put the air and take back on it took almost a month to get ahold of them for them to put it on and then they hook the machine up to my car and there was a message for the transmission that they put on so I was told to bring my car back that Wednesday I took my car back that Wednesday and they had my car for 3 and 1/2 weeks they put another transmission in and then I was told that labor was not included in the warranty so I had to pay for the labor I got my car I was on my way home I didn't even make it to the boulevard the car started idling at 6 and it wouldn't go above 20 miles I asked before I left would I be able to take my kids to college I was told yes I won't go back a third time the communication there is zero you have to actually go to the shop becouse it hard to get someone on the phone and when you call is like you're getting on their nerves but I must say Angel was very helpful I want it to be able to write a good review but it's nothing good to say my car doesn't work I can't get my girls to school I guess this is a lesson to me you can't trust everybody

First impression: Mechanic was knowledgeable. Repair seems good, functions well. Returned car in clean condition, and functioning properly.

The guys at Xpert Transmission and Auto Repair really care about their work. They go above the norm to take care of their customers. Having several visits, all being satisfactory, there is no doubt this is a recommendable repair shop.

Honesty & interest is what you hope to get when taking any vehicle to a repair shop and that’s exactly what I get when I take my vehicles to Xpert transmission they stand on business honor their work I can go into examples however it’ll take a book length to show all of the times they’re price & honesty beat at least 2 others

0 communication for 7 days, i had to show up to the shop everytime to get an update. I asked for a purchase invoice of the part “they bought and changed” and never got anything. Just a bunch of excuses. First and last time ill go to this place and im 100% sure my car wasnt touched because it was parked in the same spot for 5 days.

Excellent services.. This place is absolutely amazing! These folks are friendly, helpful, and honest. The prices are so amazing for the wonderful quality of their services. We needed an emergency repair and Mike was able to help us out the same day. Super fast and professional, we will definitely be back!

Xpert transmission called and quoted me 3500.00. Than further conversations he asked how many miles do I have on it. I told him, than he stated I probably have a CVT transmission and that will be more. Because they don't rebuild CVT transmission and a remanufactured one will be 4000.00. When a new from from Honda sells for 3500.00. Now shouldn't a dealers price be more than a regular mechanic shop. Stay away from this place.
