“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen at the Dyson Service Center. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and she was the only person at Dyson who actually made me feel heard and cared about.
About two months ago, my Dyson Airwrap completely stopped working after only 8 months of use. I spent hours on the phone with Dyson Customer Service, only to be told they could do nothing because I no longer had the serial number, even though I had my receipt and proof of purchase!!! For such an expensive product, the serial number should be permanently engraved on the machine, not placed on disposable stickers or paperwork that can easily be lost.
I came into the service center feeling completely defeated, and Karen turned the entire experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. After getting nowhere with customer service, she was the first person who actually took the time to help me.
Karen is amazing and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Dyson is incredibly lucky to have an employee like her.”
“This business is amazing! I went in to have an older model Oreck vacuum cleaner fixed. The shaft was cracked as well as separating from the base. They quickly examined the vacuum cleaner, replaced the shaft, cleaned the inside, replaced the bag, wheels and belt. They also replaced the lightbulbs on the front of the vacuum cleaner. I expected to leave the vacuum cleaner for the repairs and return at a later date to pick it up. They fixed it on the spot and I was able to take the vacuum cleaner home same day!
They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The price for the service was fair and reasonable.

“Great service, great experience! My refrigerator stopped working & needed to be replaced, so I ordered one from a chain stating quick delivery, that was subsequently canceled the morning it was supposed to be delivered, so I ordered another one from another chain that was delivered damaged, so we couldn’t accept it. Finally, we went to Sanatoga Corp, we wanted a place that cared about their customers. Brian and Luke talked to me, answered all my appliance questions and not only gave me a good deal but a quick and painless delivery too! They even called to check that everything went smoothly because they knew about my previous issues. I will only go to Sanatoga Corp for my appliances from now on! Highly recommend!!”
“Friendly staff in the warehouse. My appointment was scheduled on my end for 0700, but the warehouse says receiving starts at 0730. I arrived at 0630. Not a good idea! There is a lot of box truck movement and they are not patient! If you pause for one second, you will be in someone’s way!
Luckily, I found a spot to pull in and park to wait. It’s where they load and unload flat bedders. But don’t count on that space being available.
Better to park on the off-ramp and wait until just before your delivery time if you want to make sure you’re not late. Traffic along the way when I came in at 0630 wasn’t too bad at all.
*Receiving says to park outside the gate and wait until your delivery time. Personally, I’d rather not be in the way at all around here.”
“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
“Dwayne is absolutely AMAZING! The manufacturer drops the ball and pretty much didn’t want to do anything. I bought the equipment back to Home Depot. Instead of sending me back to dealing with the manufacture. Dwayne listened to me patiently, and helped me solve my problems. He is such an amazing human being and AWESOME customer service representative. Dwayne for employee of the year !!!”

“Owen in the door department was great! I came in one day with my four kids after having an accident with one of my sliding glass doors. He had a model on his desk and let my boys play with while helping me find a replacement. He explained how to find the part number and gave me his card to continue over the phone once I got home. Helped me find what I needed at a great rate! In my opinion he went above and beyond what I expected! Great Job Home Depot!”

“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”

“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”

“I started out at Lowe’s and that was disappointing. I called Appliance Alliance and spoke to Diane on the phone she was very friendly and very helpful. She had the exact freezer I was looking to get. I showed up about ten minutes later everyone greeted you when you came in with a smile on their faces. You don’t get that much anymore. Diane went over all the detail thoroughly and had me all set for my freezer to be delivered in a few days. It showed up on time and then received a phone call to see if I was satisfied with my freezer. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely do future business here. They get a 10/10 from me.”
