“Fueled by JESUS!! Christina, her daughter, and the entire staff have really gone out of there way to make Mainstay Inn Boutique a bright blessing to all!! Its soooooo clean, peaceful, and pleasant whenever you enter. Reminds me of an upscale bed & breakfast with how personal the Inn staff is to all your needs or questions. Roku TV but load up your favorite board games instead in the suitcase...we did.....the laughs won't stop! Hot coffee/cocoa/tea available throughout the day soooo very needed. We loved the grab N go breakfast bar too. It eases your belly while you wait for a table in town or snacks in the car on the way. Happily donated money to HOLY GHOST church parking lot. Got our steps in walking to the parking lot, very energizing and relaxing. Its renovated beautifully & more little renovations are to come. But please still book your lodging here promise you won't regret it. “This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“The place was amazing so clean so nice but I don't know if I came on the wrong day or what but the breakfast was not as good as I hoped for the pancake maker was out the yogurt machine was out as well half of the condiments like the chocolate chips and the whipped cream. I will be coming back for the atmosphere the cleanness but not the breakfast.”

“We had an excellent experience here. Thaddeus, on reception when we arrived, was courteous and friendly. Ben, at the omelet station, was friendly and welcoming--and made a great omelet! The room was clean and comfortable, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, and the location is great--out of the city, but not too far. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.

I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.

Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.

Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.

Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“I always stay here when visiting Philadelphia. Only sad thing was the heater in the pool has been broken my last 2 visits. But attest they have a hot tub. If the heater was fixed it would be 5 stars”

“Decent hotel, very nice setting and atmosphere in lobby and restaurant. I was stirrups to see some damage to the ceiling in my room, see photos. My room was very clean though and I had a great stay. I was surprised that there was no included breakfast, I guess that was on me for not looking to see if that was included.”

“Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.”

“With fifa interrupting my usual annual stay for Toomanygames, I was searching for a reasonable place. A little further away from the convention center, but the stay was so nice I’ll end up here again next year I’m sure!”

“A friend was staying here a few nights and said its safe, nice, and reasonably priced.its within walking distance to a lit of great stores and walk across a parking lot and theres a starstruck or outback steakhouse. Id pick to stay here too.”

“We visited a friend and this is the closest hotel we can afford. The building is old and rooms are quite out dated but the cleanliness of the inside is great, room is clean, it smells fresh as you enter the lobby and the front desk people are friendly and accommodating. We were told that breakfast is not offered anymore but we were referred to nearby places where we can eat. The room smells good and the linens are fresh. They have a complete kitchen and an option for kitchen stuff for purchase.
We had a great stay for the amount we paid for.”

“Overall experience was good: convenient location, helpful service with good breakfast offerings. However, the shower in our bathroom was awkward to use - you have to be in the shower to turn it on and wait through the cold water in the shower until it gets to your preferred temperature; also, the handle on the shower door fell off when I tried to close it - the hotel itself is an older property in need of maintenance updates which is seen most readily the shower.”

“I had a great stay here for a few days, it's nice and clean. I was really depressed and decided to take a random trip by myself! Great breakfast. I was feeling really sick and the staff were really patient with me as far as extending my stay and I appreciate that. Little things like this makes life worth living! “My husband and I got married at Loch Aerie Mansion (across the street) and stayed at the Sheraton Great Valley. We had a room block at the hotel and also had our after-party in the downstairs ballroom. Everything went very smoothly! Kerry was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was easy to work with and made the room block process easy. Currently, they are under renovations, so their kitchen/bar was unavailable for our after-party. Kerry was able to help us with making alternative arrangements for our after-party for a very reasonable price. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The Presidential Suite was incredible and spacious. We were able to have many members of the wedding get ready in the suite comfortably, along with hair and makeup artists. For the wedding, the shuttle was very convenient for the wedding party and guests to use. The driver was incredibly kind!”

“We checked in July 7,2023 and we will not be staying there again we arrived and checked in-through a night service desk at 4 in the afternoon, get to our room that had roaches in the mini fridge, the shower was impossible to turn on it was literally pulling the plumbing against the wall, we were told 2 queen beds and received 2 fulls, the cables to the tv were spliced together and held with electrical tape, the microwave had been pierced from outside to inside making it unsafe to use . The door entering our room had to be forced open and closed, the pictures are not showing the condition of the other rooms it was not worth the almost 300$ it cost to stay there, would recommend finding another hotel in the area, they offer breakfast but unless you pretty much snatch the door open to the main floor you are not getting in. Will post pictures to back my claim. If I could give it half stars I would, utterly disgusted at the condition had I not booked well ahead of time and traveled from out of state I would have found a different hotel.Safety: Doors didn’t operate properly, unsafe microwave in room,Walkability: Not at all wheelchair accessible”

“Yesle the receptionist is a great coustmer service here and Britney is the other shift coustmer service and as great as yesle.
I was not sure that yesle was trying to help and I almost got to report her way talking to me after asking her 2 times to get me another key to my room and was very patient and thank the lord I did.
It was the battery of the door ?.
In the 2 weeks I was staying at the motel she was absolutely ? on top of her game and she was very professional.

On the other hand the 10 pm -6 am receptionist DELLIE is 10 out of 10 for helping me fixing the reservation for missing it up ?,was my first time I booked on line with a third party and Dellie came to the rescue ?.”
