“Exemplary efforts Ryan!
Ryan was the difference for me vs going to a large box house. During my visit to the Purple showroom at King of Prussia Mall Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns then assist with fitting me with the best suitable pillow and mattress combination. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the details and specs and why he felt one option was better than the other. Even as time drew towards closing, he was steadfast on making sure my questions and concerns were addressed.
I had asked Ryan if he could speak with the delivery team to help expedite my new mattress and sheets because I don't sleep well and am in dire need of doing so. He went above and beyond for me to do so and that just shows the kind of person he is. It is not often that a sales person goes the extra mile. He and the staff supporting him deserve kudos for their efforts.
I 100% agree with what others have said, Purple is a company that prioritizes its customers needs and Ryan is absolutely the epitome of effort and support.”

“I ordered the stiffer surround foam for my 10-12 year old Sleep Number Bed - California King. (Also a stiffy center strip foam between the 2 airbags.) It really made the bed like new again. I can now sit on the edge of the bed.. and my legs don't touch the ground! That's how supportive it is.. Compared to a new bed (a good one) for $4000-5000... It was well worth it to spend $500-$600, and feel like I got a new bed again.”

We were there for so long, that we developed “mattress fatigue“ so we are coming back on Sunday to make our final decision, since we narrowed it down to three different mattresses… We are making sure we are coming back when Abby is there, so she can help us with our final decision. “Entire process went very smoothly. Ordered a custom made sofa on 5/9/26. When the order arrived at Moores warehouse on June 25 I received a phone call to schedule delivery. The sofa was delivered June 26 in the Am. Delivery was quick without any damage. I had my old sofa picked up at the same time. Delivery was free. There was a $125.00 fee to pick up the old sofa, which was a fair price. Seamless delivery and removal of old sofa. Happy with the quality of the merchandise and excellent delivery.”
