“Michelle Knight was amazing!!! She did a great job helping us find our sofa. She didn’t pressure us and texting us when we had questions. She was super friendly and made our purchase so easy. 10/10”
“Exemplary efforts Ryan!
Ryan was the difference for me vs going to a large box house. During my visit to the Purple showroom at King of Prussia Mall Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns then assist with fitting me with the best suitable pillow and mattress combination. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the details and specs and why he felt one option was better than the other. Even as time drew towards closing, he was steadfast on making sure my questions and concerns were addressed.
I had asked Ryan if he could speak with the delivery team to help expedite my new mattress and sheets because I don't sleep well and am in dire need of doing so. He went above and beyond for me to do so and that just shows the kind of person he is. It is not often that a sales person goes the extra mile. He and the staff supporting him deserve kudos for their efforts.
I 100% agree with what others have said, Purple is a company that prioritizes its customers needs and Ryan is absolutely the epitome of effort and support.”
“My wife and I were delighted with our sales person - Evelyn. She made an impressive effort to understand what we were looking for - and then gave us a heads up when the mattress we wanted went on sale.”
“Jack gave us helpful, individualized attention, and he was very patient as we tested out a variety of options and slooowly made our decision. This is the second time that we made a purchase at this location. We walked out with a mattress that very day (and it was kindly loaded into our car for us).”
“Mattress Firm on Swedesford Road is excellent. Chris advised us well and carefully regarding our choices and ultimate selection and purchase and she and MJ handled delivery and installation expertly. Thank you.”
“Bill did a fantastic job! He answered all of my questions confidently and without hesitation, making the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate his excellent service and will definitely be recommending him to others!”
“Jason was amazing! My father just got out of the hospital after surgery and he helped him find the perfect mattress for both comfort and support. I will definitely be going there again for my mattress needs and asking for Jason.”
“Amy was informative, considerate and helpful. She answered our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and completed the sale with efficiency and without pressure or concerns on our part. We will absolutely return as long as we know she is there to help us.”
“Excellent service. Howard was very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed doing the bed match test
and we were able to find a bed in my price range that I felt very comfortable in! I highly recommend coming here.”
“Robin Ebo-Hunt and Bruce Minick, working between two store locations, helped us find exactly what we were looking for – couldn’t have gone more smoothly!”
“Paul did a great job explaining the differences in all types of mattresses and the benefits of different brands. He also made sure to include all price point, payment plans, and different deals regarding the Labor Day holiday.”
“Erin was awesome. She answered all my questions about an adjustable bed base. And we went through all the brands from the lower end to the higher end models. Definitely recommend her who normally works at the Wyomissing location. Ended up getting a Somos adjustable base.”
“I called KOP Casper to see if I could use a Consumer Reports 30% off list price coupon and Max offered us 40% off list price...He also helped me navigate the online Casper order form.”
“I had a fantastic experience purchasing a bed through Your Organic Bedroom. I even had a product issue that they helped me resolve even though it wasn't their fault (thanks again Mike!). Will definitely be buying more from them in the future.”
“Came in the store with my wife we had a wonderful experience. Xavier helped us gave us options and wasn’t the typical pushing salesperson. We ended up buying a living room set. This store has good deals and good quality furniture for the price point compared to other stores. Thank you Xavier and Modani!”
“Entire process went very smoothly. Ordered a custom made sofa on 5/9/26. When the order arrived at Moores warehouse on June 25 I received a phone call to schedule delivery. The sofa was delivered June 26 in the Am. Delivery was quick without any damage. I had my old sofa picked up at the same time. Delivery was free. There was a $125.00 fee to pick up the old sofa, which was a fair price. Seamless delivery and removal of old sofa. Happy with the quality of the merchandise and excellent delivery.”
“Jeff was great. Professional and down to earth. Great experience. Little sticker shocked !! But maybe I fell asleep and am still dreaming if so, don’t wake me up. I want the full experience.”
“Christina at Gerhard’s Appliance was wonderful to work with! She made choosing our new washer and dryer easy and stress-free. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“Both the plant dog and veggie dogs at IKEA are quite good. I used to stop by on my way home from work and grab a couple and they are all under $1. Admittedly, if you have too many you will likely feel unwell but I suppose that is the same with regular hot dogs as well Updated from previous review on 2026-07-27”
“I came in with a good idea of what I wanted and within minutes I had my couch picked out and planned to have it delivered. Was quick and easy. Im looking forward to my couch being delivered! This is my second couch from Bob’s. And I have bedroom furniture that Ive been happy with.”
