The Casper store at King of Prussia provides a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff is friendly, thorough, and overly helpful, patiently answering all questions. Sales representatives are fantastic, very knowledgeable, and informative, sharing good insight about all the products. They help customers figure out what they are looking for, explaining all the features for mattresses, pillows, and bed frames. They encourage testing the display beds to experience the comfort and even assist with delivery. While Casper beds are great but pricey, the service makes this big choice an easy one, leading customers to seriously consider an upgrade. It is always a better experience than buying online.
