Always someone available for questions plus they ask you if you're looking for anything special or need help if you are looking around or quizzical. Ask me if I need help to get to my car especially if I have purchased bags of dog food or other heavy items. Store itself is bright and well-lit in the back of the store, clean and no odors. Shelves are well stocked shelves.

The staff at Hickory Springs is the best and I would give them 10 stars if I could. One of the more affordable kennels in the area. We know when we drop our dogs off they are well cared for and loved.

The front desk associate named Cat was warm and reassuring. The tech Ashley was soooo good and so sweet to my cat. It was clear that she very much cares for and loves every animal that she works with. And Dr. Figurelle was very knowledgable and helpful too! I will definitely keep going back. Thank you all at PAH for how you handled my (and my cat's) situation this week. I'm so grateful.

1145 Valley Forge Rd, PhoenixvilleSo grateful to have this wonderful team taking care of my 4 senior dogs! They take the time to investigate and learn everything they can about our pets. We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. Maybe being late to appointments at our old practice was because we were met with such indifferent hostility for not keeping on their 15 min per visit schedule. Valley Vet takes the time necessary to treat your pet not worried with rushing you out the door.

They have great communication with their clients, sending report cards, and pictures of your dog at the facility. We use their daycare weekly and when we needed them to Board our dog for 9 nights, it went amazing! We are so lucky to have Waggy Tails so close to us. I’d highly recommended this facility!

Buds Walk, Play and Wag came highly recommended by my neighbor’s dad, Chuck (who also works with them), and now I totally understand why! When I reached out, Shaunna replied right away and we set up a time to meet. She’s so kind, caring, and clearly loves animals. ??
Right before their scheduled visit, Phineas’s leash broke ? — I asked if they had an extra, and without hesitation they said “absolutely!” and brought one along (and even left it for us!). After every visit, I got an email with photos, and it was so nice seeing how happy he was. I knew he was in the best hands!
Their prices are super reasonable, communication is amazing, and they truly go above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend Buds Walk, Play and Wag! ?❤️

148 Bridge St, PhoenixvilleWas here yesterday with 2 others and had a great experience. Our server Ezra was amazing. Checked on us plenty and was funny and easy to talk to. Her recommendations were spot on as we all enjoyed what we ordered. As for the restaurant itself, the only small thing that could use some attention is some of the rocking tables. The first rocking table we sat in was stiff. Tried another and same thing. Finally the 3rd one was smooth so we stayed in that one. All around though would definitely recommend dining here and once again shout out to Ezra :)
