“Everyone here is really nice and helpful every time I visit! Sometimes they're out of the Redford Naturals or low on the kind of litter I get but I always manage to get something. I asked if I can preorder things so if I really need it and it's not there I can plan ahead and order it. They are able to order up on certain items, but can't guarantee their delivery from the warehouse. I'm not close enough to run to two stores and check since each location is a half hour from me. I had to change the food for the adult care so I can get them food for sure, and my kittens have to hope there's enough in stock every time I go. I am able to call ahead and they will hold stuff for me if it's in stock.”
“Fantastic. Highly recommend. Jess came out initially and help us understand the process and helped us map the boundaries. Had great ideas too about various areas that our dog now loves. The crew that installed the fence was very professional. All of the trainers were very good as well. We have an australian shepherd 1 year old who is full of energy and is now able to carry sticks from one side of the yard to the other for hours safely as a result of the training and the invisible fence. If you own a dog and dont have a physical fence definitely get one.”
“Great local place for gardening, small farm and pet supplies. They have a ton of stuff in all these areas. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Prices are a little over moderate but in line for our area. Recommended.”
“I had a great training experience with Julia and Mike. They were informative and very knowledgeable. Mike even brought along his little dog to help train which was so helpful to provide distractions during the training process. We have a big yard yet I feel very confident in the training. “I visited Perk Valley Pet Eatery for the first time today. This pet store is a hidden gem! They offer a wide variety of toys, treats, food, and more for your pet. All of the brands are extremely healthy and top notch for your pet, honestly I wish more pet stores offered this. The staff that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Concord has a huge selection of basically everything. It is not the cheapest place, but quality food and treats cost more. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Everything I have looked for, I found it there. That is worth a slightly higher price also for one stop shopping.An example of slightly higher pricing: my dog eats Zignature Kangaroo food. Usually I pay $95 per bag. Concord sells it for approximately $4 more. I won't complain about that since I can also get my cat food and dove food in the same visit.The dog clothing is pretty expensive, but Amazon has spoiled us, Concord has a much higher quality product though.I'm glad I found them and will continue to enjoy their selection.”

I really appreciate how this Petco always seems to have great staff!”
“I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”

“To make a long story short, I had an urgent issue with my cat that left me needing a very specific food that no stores had near me. After calling four other stores, I finally ended up on the phone with the Stowe Petco about an hour before they closed and was told they could help! I rushed over and you would never have guessed that the store was closing in 30 minutes with the level of care, compassion, and guidance I was provided. If the rest of the staff are even half as charming and knowledgeable as Heather I might consider driving the extra distance to make this my go-to pet store!”

“I was looking for a coat for my 95+ pound Boxer. He has an auto immune disease so his fur is very thin and he requires a coat from the fall to the spring. This coat is great because it is easy on/easy off. The fleece lining keeps him nice and warm and the nylon exterior keeps the water off him in bad weather. Overall, this jacket was an amazing find and I highly recommend it:-).”
“this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any store. Heather probably spent an hour with my ten year old son to help get everything he needed for the leopard gecko he will hopefully be getting soon. she literally built his reptile tank rom top to bottom with every single piece his gecko will need. we are first time buyers so this was helpful beyond words for us, thank you for the time and info you gave us. peyton can not wait to see his gecko!!”

“Stopped in with my husband today as we saw the cutest cat in the window. She was nestled in the pile of Halloween pet toys and let us pet her. Along with having a cute cat, this store also has friendly staff! We happily chatted about cats with the person at the register. We purchase some items for our cats and they gave us little treats for our cats in our shopping bag. Will definitely stop in again.”
