Great customer service! Ryan was very helpful as I evaluated their various tech service offerings, as well as computers. “Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”
“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”
“When I was looking to get some hoodies embroidered for my business I reached out to a few places but Main Line Print Shop was the only one that responded. This already made me feel like this place was amazing! My experience would soon get even better once we started to chat via email. I sent a bunch of emails when deciding how I would like the design to be formatted. Not only were they super helpful when I needed help deciding how to make my design fit the specific needs but they also responded to emails very quickly which made me feel important with everything else they have going on! “When in need of office supplies Staples is where I shop. To have a store associate there when you need them is more often difficult. This time it wasn’t. Still I had to find him. I wanted ink cartridges for my fountain pen but they are no longer in stock. I did get my various ballpoint refills though. Whenever I am in the store I check to see if common graphite pencils softer than #2 are stocked. Extra Soft Ticonderoga graphite pencils are what I like to use.”
“We have ordered menus before for our Upstate NY Pizza Shops (Pat's Pizzeria) at Menus For Less in the past and were pretty happy...but thank the Lord! I found out that Dave R. has recently taken over the company with a motivate, highly qualified team of experts! David and the team took time with me, creating and designing my New 2020 menu, and putting together an EDDM Direct Mail campaign for our Pizza shops. We dropped 30k menus in a couple mile radius around ea location and the Pizza Shops EXPLODED!! We have NEVER seen such an increase in sales and customer awareness in the 10yrs+ that we've been in the area's. Our sales increased over 50% and each location had about a 25% increase in *New Customers! It created 30+ *New Jobs between our 4 locations and our Mobile Servers are absolutely crushing it with all the deliveries, we've even had a couple of them be able to purchase new vehicles. It's created opportunity within our company having to train 5 *New managers to help out. We are looking to open another location.My Advice: Don't Wait!...you can't afford to! Call Menu's For Less TODAY! Let Dave and the Team help you as they've been able to help me...In businesses I've learned that, It's Not always about who you remeber, but who remembers YOU! The key is top of mind awareness!It's been 4mo and I'm gearing up for round two! Let's GOOOO!”
