I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. Frank dispatched Tony, Maintenance, out and he was able to install new mailboxes with the post office locks. Again with 24 hours. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous each time I spoke with them.”

I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”
