“I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”
“I've had excellent service from the team at this store on several occasions--the point being, they work as a team. A newbie employee was helping me with a somewhat challenging request today, and he was able to get quick, helpful direction from his 2 co-workers that was spot-on and solved a PDF blow-up problem I'd been struggling with on my at-home printer/copier for a while---they produced a digital enhancement of the file and thereby provided a 200% sizing of a PDF. It's definitely my go-to Fedex location, and we have several near my home.”

“We have ordered menus before for our Upstate NY Pizza Shops (Pat's Pizzeria) at Menus For Less in the past and were pretty happy...but thank the Lord! I found out that Dave R. has recently taken over the company with a motivate, highly qualified team of experts! David and the team took time with me, creating and designing my New 2020 menu, and putting together an EDDM Direct Mail campaign for our Pizza shops. We dropped 30k menus in a couple mile radius around ea location and the Pizza Shops EXPLODED!! We have NEVER seen such an increase in sales and customer awareness in the 10yrs+ that we've been in the area's. Our sales increased over 50% and each location had about a 25% increase in *New Customers! It created 30+ *New Jobs between our 4 locations and our Mobile Servers are absolutely crushing it with all the deliveries, we've even had a couple of them be able to purchase new vehicles. It's created opportunity within our company having to train 5 *New managers to help out. We are looking to open another location.My Advice: Don't Wait!...you can't afford to! Call Menu's For Less TODAY! Let Dave and the Team help you as they've been able to help me...In businesses I've learned that, It's Not always about who you remeber, but who remembers YOU! “Visited this place recently to get items for a DIY project, as you entered, you will see the UPS store on your left side and checked with them, and the person was friendly and gave me some suggestions. Then, as I entered the store, staff greeted and went to my section to gather materials, and my items were in stock. They have organized it well and are easy to find.”

“Of all the Fedex offices I have turned to this is by far the best for many reasons. My experience is over 40 years old as I not only use them for personal items but I also used them on a daily basis when I ran a law firm of over 200 lawyers. UPS could never tell us where a package was whereas FedEx always knew the exact location.My personal experience, now that I’m retired has been fun and interesting.I have an old handwritten book by my Swedish great grandfather which tracks my mothers side of the family back to the 900s. I wanted to share this some 12 relatives both young and old. They were happy to help, pointed out that having them scan rather than copy the pages would be best for the original. When they handed me the copies they also gave me a thumb drive which had not occurred to me and for which I was very grateful.My next project was to copy a poem written by a friend of mine about war. It was to be enlarged and printed on a piece of camouflage fabric and then attached to a canvas board. I wondered how the print would show up on the fabric which was fairly dark but nothing else occurred to me. Well guess what, they printed it in white, so clear as a bell against the dark gray fabric, it looks fantastic hanging up in my friends house and she still thanks me on a regular basis.My point here is that my experience with this FedEx office has been nothing short of fantastic and I’m not sure why I read so many negative reviews, maybe it’s in the way people approach the staff? Anyway, please get to know this FedEx location, these guys are the best. On my way there tomorrow to get another copy job done. I’m excited!”

“The employee was a young man who goes to college in Florida. When I was there I was organizing my packages and he spent a half hour trying to help older woman find a return label on her phone. They never did find it, but seeing how kind he was and never got angry or mad was amazing to me. He is the sweetest guy and I love seeing him when I go into this location”
