“I don’t typically review mechanics since they are all usually the same. I’ve been to this location 2 times now with both of my vehicles. The second time was to get a new tire. Was told at the register to come in at noon on Wednesday. Showed up, and the tire wasn’t there because the shipper wasn’t on time. Guy (Pat I think his name is) was extremely apologetic and started dialing numbers trying to fix the solution. While frustrated, I understood it wasn’t his fault and agreed to come back the next day. Next day came and he gave me the courtesy of calling me to tell me the tire was there. I showed up and tire was on within 30 mins. He even waved the install fee. I will be coming here from now on. Any business who can own a mistake (which isn’t even entirely theirs) and go the extra mile to make the customer feel whole is so rare nowadays.”

Jeff was extremely kind and referred me to multiple sources that helped me finance the bill. He was extremely patient when I was on the phone with these companies to get approved. I could tell that he was genuine and it made a scary financial situation a bit easier.
