“This is my favorite USPS out of all the post offices I've been to throughout the state. Tracy is always kind and talkative while I'm dealing with my eBay stuff with my packages. I appreciate the patience and kindness that this post office provides. It makes work a lot easier for me. The only thing is, they need a sign!! It's so easy to drive past it and then you have to turn around. Pay attention, it's tucked in there a bit!”

“Front desk person was helpful and understanding of my package issue. Although the person did send my inquiry to the downtown USPS location. Turns out the downtown office is the main building that does all of the package issues. So this place is purely to ship out mail.”
“I went to the post office recently to get passports for my family. I appreciated the care, helpfulness and kindness with which we were treated. It took us a couple of tries to get everything right and arrange our schedules so both my husband and I could be present so that our children could get their passports. The lady assisting us talked to us and suggested times and solutions that might work for us. We were stressed about getting our passports, but their caring, competent help made a difference.”

“The staff are very nice (friendlier than the State College post office) but as others have said their hours are extremely limited. The office opens at 8:30, closes for lunch, and closes for the day at 4:30. On Saturday the hours are just 9 to 12. Getting your packages can be tough if you work during the day.”
