“I have banked here since the early 1990s when it was still Miners Bank. Every time I go here, I see a new face amongst the tellers, and they look like they are right out of high school. Maybe hire tellers who are a bit older and might appreciate the job and stick around for longer than a month. Also, I am not sure why Lee Ann was promoted from teller to assistant branch manager because everytime I dealt with her as a teller, she ranged anywhere from indifferent to slightly rude towards me.”

“The employees at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy banking here! If I could ask for one thing to change, it would be that someone would always answer the phone during business hours. I understand not always being able to grab the phone, but this happens to me often. I’d be fine with having them answer “Please hold”, at least I know someone is there and will help me when they get free. Otherwise, no complaints!”
