“I’ve been with TRUIST since they arrived here. I won’t say I’ve never been unhappy with the bank, but it was usually a response to me making an error or violating a ‘rule’.I use main office in Doylestown as my branch; TRUIST closed the one close to me. I visit the branch with a certain transaction once monthly. The tellers are always courteous. I always find them all to be kind, respectful & professional.I had a problem last year & the employees of that branch collated & copied months of statements for me with no hesitation. They helped me solve what could’ve been an expensive issue.”
“We found QnB after a disapoointing run with the big name banks. While the big banks had great resources, we were too small to leverage them and the banks confirmed it. QnB is a local bank with big bank resources that fit our needs as well now as when we began the relationship a long time ago. QnB offers local people with local knowledge as well as national and global reach. We have personal checking, savings and LoC as well as all the same resources, in the commercial sector, for the other companies we manage. Their people are always there and, if they dont have the answers, they know how to get them. We highly recommend QnB for most if not all your financial needs.”

“I stopped by the Vernfield (Harleysville area) branch in July and was greeted by Adam Marangoni from the Doylestown branch. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and assisted me in replacing my debit card. For anyone that has had to go through the process, it can be a headache - but Adam made it painless, expedient and even assisted me in telling me how to update my debit card linked to online accounts. He is an asset to Univest and the communities in which he serves!”
