From true antiques to more modern pieces, if Bucks County has it for sale, it is always well made from solid wood and excellent craftmanship. The sheer volume of the inventory is greater than any modern furniture store and you never have to wait months for some cookie cutter factory to make and deliver what you want. “While we initially called to confirm a 3p arrival to the showroom for the following day and then were locked out of entry due to the sales staff having an emergency, and a 50 min roundtrip yielded no progress in our ongoing search for a full-service fireplace team, the rest of our experience with Ambler fireplace was good. Fred and Chris were both very friendly and put us at ease, while Tom and Tom provided us with all the answers we needed to be confident in our use of the newest and greatest heat source for our family room. Everyone was patient and there was a product that met every desire and need. We are happy to have had this done so quickly and in time for the impending winter season.”

“A really nice couple that helped me out. I took a piece of laminate to them that I needed cut down, I did not call ahead, I just drove there. It was a Monday and they were closed, however I just happen to catch them. Roger's wife greeted me and I explained I was looking for someone that could cut this piece of laminate so I didn't screw it up, I only had one piece and I did not have the right tools to cut it. She said that Roger would be off the phone in a few minutes and he would take a look. Roger was extremely friendly and said he could do it the next day. I went to pick it up this afternoon and asked "What do I owe you?". She said "He said don't worry about it, it took him 2 minutes" In today's world you don't find business owners like this. They have a really nice shop full of decorations, I am going to return with my wife to purchase something.”

“Within an hour of posting my review, Van the GM of Retail Operations contacted me and apologized for our experience and offered to do what it would take to keep us as customers. He was on vacation at the time of the events below and was actually investigating at the time I posted my review about 10 days later. We took Van up on his offer and are pleased with the result, we also appreciate Scott's efforts as well.
Our opinion is that our previous experience doesn't align with how Gasper's operates as a whole and we look forward to doing business in the future.

We saw a Christmas tree we liked at the Richboro location but the size we needed was out of stock there but was in stock at the York Road location about 20 minutes away. We drove directly there and purchased the tree. A few minutes later a warehouse employee came around front with our tree and it became immediately obvious that the box had been opened and re-taped a few times and had the word "Display" written on it as well. I went back into the store and informed the saleslady (Jeanie) and she told me "not to worry about it". Scott at Richboro said there were two trees at York Road so I asked to look at the second one and was directed to drive around to the warehouse.
The box of the second "new" tree was worse than the first and was also labelled "display". Inside, the tree was wrapped with dusty red ribbon which shouldn't have been there. I then opened the box of the tree I bought and found the same dusty ribbon on my "new" tree. So back to the sales desk. Besides Jeanie there was an older man with a beard that turned out to be the store manager but I didn't know that the time. I explained that both trees in stock were used and obviously had been part of a holiday display. My impression is that neither of the store employees were a bit concerned that they tried to sell me used merchandise. To make matters worse another employee was brought out to process my refund and wanted me to provide name, address, phone number, etc to process the return. I refused to provide the information and was informed it was store policy. I wonder why it isn't store policy to not sell used merchandise as new. We were visiting our daughter and live about 100 miles from the store, I'm glad I didn't take Jeanie's advice that the beat up old tree was something I shouldn't worry about.

“We love to come to Terrain for a nice brunch date. Always good food and service. Ryan was great! Seasonal menu updates were nice, I had the new Shrimp & Grits, delicious. Husband had the burger, his go to, the one thing that is the only bummer is he adds an egg every time, ordered runny/dippy/over-easy, and it is always over cooked/fried hard. (Small detail but he loves the runny egg on a good burger). Dessert was great, the budino and bourbon chai ice cream were super yummy; we usually skip it, if we start with a cheese board. But this time wanted some sweet. Love having a great btl of bubbles Timido Brut Rose!”

Melinda and her team were great to work with me to document the incident with photos and reach out to the manufacturer. I had my new replacement piece several weeks later. “Very nice place. They have stuff like concrete garden ornaments, wrought iron garden furniture, planters, indoor area rugs, some interior decor and art. Prices are ok depending on what you're getting. Some things may be overpriced but lots of vintage/used furniture places sometimes overprice things. Hey they gotta stay open somehow. Somethings are priced just right, definitely a must visit. I got a terracotta bird feeder for $5 an amazing deal and it's beautiful.?”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Target thanks to a young lady named Seline who was working at Guest Services. I was making a return on an item that happened to be on sale, and I planned to repurchase it right after. Seline was so knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my original payment was split between cash and a gift card, and she made the whole process easy to understand.
I also mentioned that I can’t stand the scratchy residue from the security stickers and that I get nervous around the scanning gun. She was incredibly patient and respectful about it, making sure to only scan when I stepped away. When it came time to handle the gift card, she was so thoughtful and offered to take care of the scratch-off part herself on the other side of the counter to make things easier for me during the repurchase.
After the return, I came back with a few more questions and asked about another item I couldn’t find. Seline didn’t just point me in the right direction; she personally walked me over and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
It’s rare these days to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness and patience. Seline truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I left feeling very appreciated as a customer. Target is lucky to have her!”
