Our card was hacked husband went to get a new card and the staff couldn't get into vault so they couldn't get us a card. How is that possible?!?! Also they're fraud support is a joke

Penn Community Bank has been an excellent bank. The people at this location are friendly and extremely helpful. I have always had a positive experience - we have been going to various locations of this bank for 25 years. They are great!

Closed all accounts at the big banks. Trying a smaller bank so far so good. Everyone here is polite and helpful.
