Connor was very helpful. He tested my battery and then changed it out for a new one very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of time fumbling around looking for tools and changing the battery myself.

There is literally no such thing as good customer service anymore so I went here today because I needed a hose for my car I asked them if they could just step outside and look at the house. It’s literally right up front. All I have to do is pop my hood. These two people they couldn’t even do that. They said you need to take it off. And bring it in so we can size it up while I need the hose on my car to drive it if I take it off how am I gonna drive it home to fix it they just didn’t wanna do anything but stand there! It’s laziness literally laziness. I’ll take my money and I’ll go across the street. The people across the street they stepped outside. They looked at it, gave me the size give me the price even offered some tips on the easiest way to fix it !!! Now that’s customer service

Needed a new battery. My truck died that morning and I got a jump just to get there. There was not 1 customer in the store. They had my battery but neither employee seemed too interested in trying to replace it. When I asked if they would atleast come look, the one guy said "I guess" looked and said. Sorry can't do it. I literally drove accrossed the street to autozone. And they switched it out in 15 minutes. Just go to autozone. Trust me.

While driving up 51, our 2013 X3 threw a drive belt. We were super lucky that they had the belt in stock, and we were able to use their "battery install" tools to change out the belt. Super grateful to the 2 employees working on 8/28/22 that helped us out! Wes and the manager on duty! In and out in under 10 min and on our way again!

I first went to AutoZone, then I went to O’Reilly auto parts, I have a car battery issue and neither one of those two could install me a new battery. So then I decided to go to advance those guys in advance were quick to install my battery within 30 minutes. It was for a Ford escape which is not an easy battery but they did it where the other competitors didn’t thanks to the manager he was awesome and I will shop there for the rest of my life

Went in to return some unused parts I did not need and was greeted with total disrespect from the counter guy and manager. I had purchased the parts from an advance auto farther away from me so it was convenient for me to just return them at this store (which I assumed wouldn’t be an issue). I was told they don’t like returning items from other stores and just overall ignorant customer relation (from employee Wes and manager Courage) I felt like I should apologize for having to return $68 in parts which is absurd! Unfortunately I will not be returning to that advance auto parts again and they should realize they do work in retail and you get purchases and returns on a daily basis and should treat both equally regardless of the situation at hand.

bought brakes that were never used and only bought them an hour earlier and Mel said he couldnt take them cause they were used..um no they were not and he sent me to another advance so we will see how this goes! poor customer service if you tell me

The dude jon the manager did not want to take the defective parts and switch them. so we had to call customer care which is awesome and they put them in their place to take back and exchange the defective parts. So since customer care people helped that's the only reason why we got the parts exchange for the new parts. Thank you customers care service
