Stopped at this store a couple of weeks ago, talked to CSR Lovisha re replacing a Windows pc with a MacBook. She was very helpful, answered questions re transferring files and recycling old equipment.

I've been trying to get my grandmother's phone unbricked for a month with the online Apple help. It's been a complete freaking nightmare with seven different people telling me seven different things. We go into the store and they had it handle in less than 15 minutes, and were very pleasant to deal with.

Went to exchange my phone sat around for 20 minutes waiting for my new phone to come out from the back never did so I walked away. Really frustrating since today was the last day in my return policy so now I’m living with a phone I don’t want.

I had a faulty Apple Pencil I needed repaired, I was expecting to just have to buy a new one, but the staff that took care of me over the course of my 2 visits regarding this issue were all super kind and cool with me(I think their names were Rich, Gabe, and Joann).
My pencil wasn’t repairable but was still under warranty, which I didn’t realize. They ordered and got me a replacement within a couple of days and my pencil issue was solved in just under a week, so I’m very grateful! Thanks Ross Park Mall Apple staff!

I went into the Ross Park Apple Store overwhelmed without a working phone after mine fell into a bonfire. Jenn worked with me first, then Lisa joined in, and together they guided me through obstacle after obstacle. Lisa went above and beyond—patient, knowledgeable, kind, and persistent. She’s a rare mix of genius and heart, and the Apple Store is lucky to have her. If you’ve got a complicated issue, she’s your go-to Apple guru! 😇🙏✌️

Terrible experience at the Ross Park Mall Apple Store. I drove 90 minutes for a MacBook repair appointment with AppleCare+. The part was confirmed in stock, then I was told it was “on hold,” and then told it wasn’t available at all.
Manager Haley refused to do the repair, saying she wanted to keep their technician in reserve for other projects. I had an appointment. The part was there. The store wasn’t busy. They still turned me away.
Unprofessional service and a total waste of time.

They couldn’t fix my daughter’s phone so they shipped it away, didn’t offer any kind of loaner phone or anything. My daughter drives, she needs a phone. What if it was my phone which is hooked to a medical device? Always have a backup because it’s not just a luxury anymore, it’s a necessity. Luckily we had an old iPhone sitting around because otherwise we would be out of luck. Not sure why they couldn’t just replace the phone at the store if it’s still under warranty. As far as the phone that’s been shipped away, it’s been two days and I’ve received zero updates, so who knows when we’ll actually get it back.

I am extremely disappointed. The person who worked with me gave off the impression they could fix my phone, they said they cannot promise everything will be saved on my phone. I announced that I was a content creator so I WILL NEED THE CLIPS that are on my phone. He recommended for me to put all my videos in private just for him to not fix it. I am extremely mad frustrated and disappointed. I will never come back here ever.
