AT&T operates with shady and dishonest business practices. What is told to a customer in the store is not what happens when the bill comes. Then AT&T makes it very difficult or impossible to communicate with them or challenge incorrect charges. States attorney generals should investigate AT&T business practices.

Very strange? I am a T mobile customer and I stopped at this store to shop for a new plan at lunch hour but the doors were locked? I know Downtown Picksburgh is a Ghostown but you'd think they'd be open at lunchtime for business people?
