After 2 years of getting poor reception with Verizon, I finally decided to make the switch to AT&T and choose this store on McKnight Road near the Seibert intersection in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. I was so lucky to work with Stephen there! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services available and gave me great advice! This was a very smooth switch to AT&T and I'm very happy with the service and new tech that I purchased. My phone reception has been amazing now and I haven't had any of the issues O had with. Verizon. I highly recommend this store and Stephen!

Steve was courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to help me, and deal with other customers that came in after, multitasking at its best. Would highly recommend this location

Nyla was so helpful in getting my wife’s new phone together today. She was very friendly and had a lot of information. She was not pushy but gave us all the options. Thanks to her for the wonderful service she provided!

Got my phone upgraded. Nyla was great. She was managing three different clients, working efficiently and was super customer service oriented and down to earth.

Terrible experience.. This is now the 2nd time I have had services added to my account I explicitly stated I didn't want. When I bought a new phone the rep asked if I wanted to add insurance and I said no we had it in the past and it was not worth it with the monthly payment and deductible. Yet both times they added the insurance at $17/mo extra. I had to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes and then they give me the run around on the phone saying they needed approval for an $8 credit to the account. What a total joke. Corporate greed at its finest.

had an absolutely terrible experience at the AT&T store on McKnight Road. I walked in in a complete panic because I had a small crack on my phone’s screen, and I was unable to get service. The manager told me right away that he could fix it with no problem, but after an hour, he told me my phone was “unusable” and that I would need to buy a new one. I’ve been an Apple user for years, with an iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, and was completely thrown off when he tried to sell me a Google Pixel, claiming it was the “best phone out there.” I told him I wanted something similar to my iPhone, but he “upgraded” me to an iPhone 6 Plus, which was not at all what I was expecting.
They didn’t inform me about a $50 restocking fee or that the charger was different, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, my day was completely derailed because I couldn’t access any of my apps or authentication factors, which caused a huge headache. But the worst part? I went to a real AT&T dealer afterward, and they fixed my “broken” phone in five minutes. How is that possible if it was truly unsalvageable?
When I went back to return the iPhone 6 Plus, they refused to waive the restocking fee, and on top of that, they put me on a payment plan for the phone I didn’t even want. It’s clear they were just trying to upsell me, and I highly recommend you take the extra few minutes to go to the AT&T store at the mall instead. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location at all costs!

The employee that helped me through my upgrade process here (“Big Tim”) was unprofessional, dismissive and failed to explain anything to me throughout the trade-in process warranting 4 visits to this store and another visit to a corporate store to figure out what changes were made to my account and complete trading in my phones.
