I was extremely pleased with how helpful and knowledgeable Nyla was when I stopped in to the McKnight Road store. For me, upgrading to a new phone is a painful process. She took care of everything and I did not spend a huge amount of time there. I walked out with my new phone fully functional. Great customer service!
