“Superior experience. I will be returning. Ashley was dope. Just needed a chain for a bike I built this week. They had just what I needed in stock and honestly, pretty affordable for a way better chain than your big box would sell. Check it out! This is a before and after. I will be returning for anything bike related for future builds. Thanks!”

“Above-and-beyond service. I broke my derailleur hanger while reassembling my bike in Pittsburgh the night before leaving on a multi-day tour. I called Kindred even though they had just closed, and they stayed open so I could come grab the part I needed. They absolutely saved my trip. Can’t thank them enough—this is the kind of bike shop you want in your corner.”

“The staff member who helped us was super helpful and enthusiastic! You can tell that he really enjoys cycling and shared his knowledge - I’m new to the sport. I was able to test different frame sizes out to see which was the most comfortable. He discussed the differences between the models and didn’t pressure me into buying and gave us plenty of time to make a solid decision. This Trek store was the third bike shop that I’ve been to and was by far the best service I’ve received. Luckily, they even had the bike that I wanted in stock so I was able to leave with the bike that same day. The gentleman also showed me how to take the front wheel off to easily put it in my car and helped us load it. I’m so glad we stopped in! 10/10”

“The go to place in Pittsburgh for superior bike service and custom builds. The care and expertise from Samson and Hayley is unparalleled when it comes to finding the perfect fit, to identifying that persistent squeak, to picking new tires, they do it all and with a smile. Recently brought a bike in for yearly service and its riding better than the day I bought it!”

“Had to drop my newly bought electric bike off already because it was having issues with the brake. I dropped it off about a week or so ago and they were great about being timely about it and fixing it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I just picked it up today and I can't wait to ride. Thank you so much guys. I'll be back at some point.”

“JJ immediately greeted me & was the friendliest sports professional I’ve ever dealt with. He was familiar with all of his products and assisted me with choosing the perfect bicycle for my build & needs, right down to instructing me with the crucial features of transporting my bike when it’s disassembled. I would never think of shopping anywhere else in this area.”
