“Scheduling made easy through my insurance. We found a location closest to me and the soonest appointment given my preference of a weekend. I received multiple reminders of the appointment and a phone call to confirm I knew when to arrive and what to do when I got there as well as what to expect to be done. Front desk representative was welcoming and kind with both myself and the customer she had on the phone prior to waiting on me, which goes a long way. Service was complete within a matter of a couple hours. I was called upon its completion. When I went to pick up I was informed of the warranty and I also received a text with a link to go over the warranty details. Way to make a not so great situation easy on me!”
