I don't understand why they open that bank, they only had one customer service person, I honestly wanted to wait, suddenly a teller comes up to me and tells me she can't help me and that they haven't had lunch, that's not my fault, very bad experience, I'll move to another bank.

Do not use this bank’s online schedule system. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and received an email confirmation. Went for appointment today and was told yes we see your appointment but it is with manager and he does not work Saturdays. No apologies no solutions.
