Comfort Inn & Suites offers a quiet, family-friendly stay in an excellent location, just minutes from attractions, restaurants, and stores. The staff are consistently noted as polite, professional, and genuinely friendly, with special mention of the warm hospitality and attention to detail that makes guests feel completely at home and treated like family. This is especially evident during breakfast, which is described as hot, delicious, and varied, with staff ensuring everyone is happy. The rooms are very comfortable, with massive suites available featuring kitchenettes. Beds are soft, fluffy, and smell freshly cleaned, and normal surfaces are clean with no stickiness or residue. However, the property shows signs of disrepair, including banged-up furniture, water damage, torn lampshades, stained walls, and items like an iron found unclean. Deep cleaning is needed, as hallways walls were noted as horrible, with cobwebs in rooms and mold in the pool area. Despite the need for updates and deeper cleaning, the staff's hard work and sweet friendliness greatly enhance the experience. The hotel is considered a great value for its price point and location, with many guests stating they would stay again.
It was hard to see where to enter when arriving at night. No visible sign at the road. Also a lot of snow, so it may be better other days. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and the dinningroom clean.

This was a really nice stay. My hubby and I were here for 5 days and the staff was excellent the whole time. Very clean room and good breakfasts. We will return here when we come back to visit family and friends. Very thankful to the staff!!

Really nice hotel. Melissa at the front desk was very friendly and was just the absolute best. She recommended a place for takeout and delivery and she wasn’t wrong the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.
