I have just relocated to Pittsburgh and it has been a tough transition. Erin and Lisa both assisted me in this process. Lisa stayed at work almost an hour after her scheduled time just to rent me the unit. She treated me as if she was not about to get off and walked me to show me the different spaces. Erin and Lisa both have been amazing and definitely gave me some ease in this transition!! If you need to store your things big or small I definitely recommend this location.

When you're trying to pay your bill online, they're saying you can't pay your bill online. I want to know why I paid it on there before and when they say that they tried to charge my the card, they did not charge the right court and then they didn't tell me that they did not get the money off the card and I couldn't see it. So therefore, my bill streamed up very high, they are not a good storage place as far as payments. When you're trying to make your payments. They need to change their process on payments.And I don't care if it is independently owned.They are the worst storage place in the world
