That one star is an illusion. In order to post this I had to place a star. No stars for this pharmacy. I have lived in many states and this pharmacy is by far the worst ever. I have had to deal with every inconvenience you can imagine. From filling the wrong prescription, wrong amount, there is no one there to assist you, you are ignored by their techs, the pharmacy is closed and they are clearly inside and you ask when will they open but they do not respond, there are no clear signs with schedules posted. They do not fill my meds on time. I have been without meds because I have to wait days before they are filled even though they should be monthly. They never have my correct information in their system. Lines at the pharmacy run from the back, where the pharmacy is, to the front of the store, and minimal parking space. They need a complete overhaul and their techs need training in customer service. Should I go on?

Horrible store the discrimination and racism that I received here because asking a simple about my life saving medicine and when is the pharmacy open is crazy. The store worker Chase was very rude had an attitude I understand there is a lot going on but don’t be rude. If you don’t like your job get a new one. One of the managers going ask me to leave I stated why? When I’m just responding on how I responded to. I’ll never go back there. And I seen him several fine smoking a weed vape, outside. It’s crazy how it’s always a black person in the wrong based on how we are responsed to.

This pharmacy has always been wonderful. Both the techs and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful. They are also efficient, moving through sometimes long lines rapidly while still ensuring customers get any consults (or other help) they need. I've seen them endure a fair amount of abuse over frustrations that are not their fault (doctors not calling in refills, for example). When they can help, they do. I left my birth control in a hotel room, and they quickly and easily helped me procure more of it. I don't expect this level of care or assistance at a pharmacy that's part of a large chain, but I have often been pleasantly surprised by the wonderful team at CVS Wilkins.

Finally broke up with this pharmacy due to a pharmacist who is quite unprofessional. He is often loudly lecturing clients about their medications with basically no regard for their privacy, which makes everyone uncomfortable. He is also fairly slow at filling prescriptions, leaving people waiting for hours. I moved to the CVS at Target on Penn where the staff are kinder and have better discretion. (Which is a bummer because the Wilkins CVS is right next door to the pediatrician's office.)

My husband and I had appointments to receive COVID boosters. We arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for 20 minutes, the pharmacist came out and said "Sorry we are all out of vaccines....We have been busy." Very unprofessional.

I called the pharmacy this AM to fill Keflex for my dental appointment. I am a licensed MD and Shawn the pharmacist refused to fill my Antibiotic because I’m not the dentist. Very unprofessional.

Although the Bellevue Pennsylvania store is very clean and the people are very nice, I have tried to use my Aetna perks at that store and they are very lacking in vitamins. I could not find any of the five vitamins that I take which are very popular
