Ty was great, and my battery replacement was fast. I thought $28 was a little steep for a battery replacement, but I work in the mall so being able to stop by any time in the next two years to get a warranteed replacement for free is worth it. Also he was very kind and professional.

I went here the other day to pick out a new watch band after getting a coupon for 20% off. They were able to honor it with no problem and were super friendly! The guy, I think his name was Ty, took his time with me to help me pick out a band best suited to me. I will definitely be returning, coupon or not!!

The people at the watch kiosk are awesome. Ty I believe his name was, was very helpful. He looked at my watch and helped me better understand its functions. The lady that was there was also a sweetheart. She gave me a coupon for 20% off. I will be back and I will also refer my friends and family!
