“I have had a necklace break multiple times and on the 3rd timeThere was an older woman there with dark hair that was not very kind when I was telling her about how my necklace broke AGAIN. through the process, she made me feel less than worthy of shopping in that store and that i was intentally breaking the chain….yes, i wanted to drive to the mall every few weeks to drop it off and a few more to pick it up…not really! …..you know she was even complaining about the children's choir singing carols in the middle of the mall! Hey Mrs Scrooge itsChristmas time…smile a little. But then Ella stepped in!!!! she must seen the hurt in my eyes. Ella was a BLESSING! Not only did she say she was going to ask the lab to switch out the necklace she showed me some more chains and said when I come to pick the necklace up next time there will be a big sale. She even taught me a few tricks and tips on how to clean my current jewelry and keep it sparkly at home. Then she helped me pick out some chains that would fit the charms i had. She even made me a wish list in the system so when I came back we’d know what she helped me pick out. So i went to pick up my jewelry tonight and Ella was busy but told Susan what we picked out and Susan was SOOOOOO NICE! She helped me work through which chains would be best for me. She even gave me tips on how to keep my jewelry sparkly and shiny. Ella and Susan are great representatives of the Kays Family! They should receive a nice Christmas Bonus (and not a jelly of the month club) lol. Thank you for employing such helpful and amazing team members. And Alexis was the manager at the pittsburgh pa. Office and her staff got the baguette replaced , and all the problems taken care of.Thanks for your professionalism.”

“I was looking for a close jewelry and repair store that adjusted watch bands and I found a perfect one. My watch I bought was from Amazon and it needed the band adjusted so I took it in to Orr's jewelry store in Squirrel Hill and I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism and service I experienced that no other store these days would be that friendly. Someone named Steve (I don't know if he is the owner) but he was real friendly and nice then asked me what I needed help with and I asked if they adjust watches. He took me in the back and measured my wrist then I left it in for a day or so. I also expected to pay at least $15.00 or something for this kind of service but I was not charged anything to my surprise. It was an easy fix for a Casio watch. I highly recommend this jewelry store if you are looking for great service, excellent customer service and I wish I can give this business a beyond A+. This store also has police officers with high security armed to protect customers and all their employees from the store getting robbed too which makes everyone feel safe going in this jewelry store. I will for sure be back there since I live in that area and it's convenient to go to it. It's rare to find a place so close by where there is great customer service without having to go out of my way. If you need a watch battery, watch band adjusted, repair or even if you are shopping for nice jewelry, Orr's will now be my first choice to give business again compared to anyone else. Thank you! She was very pleasant to work with and I am in love with the ring that I had purchased! She even gave me at no charge the cleaner for my ring. “The owner/service gentleman waited on me, I took my Fiance's watch here, to have two links of her new watch band, I purchased at J. C. Penney, removed. Two watches of my own, to have the batteries replaced and have an old Velcro watch band that I like, changed onto another watch! I also purchased a new watch, for myself, that almost matches, identically to my Fiance's, total for all this, was less than $100.00!
