Been waiting for 10 minutes and the clerks don't acknowledge customers all I need is some quarters and no one in front of me I'm just standing in line there is no urgency to help at all others have been waiting in chairs clearly management doesn't help out the clerks to get their job done in a reasonable time

Been with the bank for almost 6 years. Called to see if an Overdraft fee could be removed, since I had never asked for that in the past. Apparently, even though I didn't have any money on my account and opted out of the overdraft protection, a charge was processed and paid. Apparently the charge showed as a "recurring payment" even though it wasn't and they let the transaction go through. Was told that they won't remove the fee because of the way the transaction was identified. I have never called for any issues in the past, and the moment I need the bank to help me with something menial (for them anyways, $36 is a lot of money for me), they refused to help. Basically, if it hadn't showed as "recurring" then they would extend the courtesy...maybe. It's always something and the customer is always the one that looses in the end. Currently shopping for another bank.

My fiancée went there on a Saturday morning to cash his paycheck he earns as a Counselor. He had proper ID and the check was written from his employers Dollar Bank account. The teller calls a supervisor or someone on the phone and they say it’s ok to cash it. The supervisor whoever it was comes out sees that he’s black and then changed their mind and says oh it’s a large check($3000 is too large for a bank?) and they’re not able to call verify it. Do you do that to EVERYONE? Probably not. But I’m sure they’ll have 20 more excuses. Being a black male with too much money is a red flag ? I assure you Dollar Bank employees he is more educated and has made more money than most of you!

This location is rather slow compared to the North Hills or Irwin Store. Nice people, clean inside and out but several inside stops took longer than most branches.

Should have a 24 hour grace period like other banks do, my experience with this bank hasn't been great, terrible customer service they never call back I had to call multiple times.
