I had an issue where the bank was taking fees from my account just because it wasn't active, which I did not appreciate. When I went to the bank I asked if they could forgive the fees and I was told just straight no. But the bank manager called me and apologized and forgave the fees and made everything right she was amazing.

This location is rather slow compared to the North Hills or Irwin Store. Nice people, clean inside and out but several inside stops took longer than most branches.
