I'd like to give the branch manager, D.J. a review of 0 stars for poor customer service. This man is extremely rude and condescending. I needed his assistance in a banking situation and was of no help. Lazy! Do not give them your business!

Could the girl with straight brown hair and glasses speak with a kinder, more courteous tone? Every time she attempts to service me, she never smiles, has a monotone and gives off a vibe that she is bothered to do the work.

Not bad as some of the reviewers are complaining. I come here at least once a month to pay my mortgage and the customer experience in this branch is nice. I noticed that the staff is super friendly especially to loyal customers of the banks, but I’ve never been disrespected.

The location in PennHills has awful customer service. Amanda is the absolute worst she has no empathy and even less knowledge of her job. Amanda is very rudeElderly beware!!!!!

This is one of the worst banks I've ever had to do business with. Instead of them trying to be helpful with a situation, it seems as though they try to hinder you. When my father passed and I brought them his death certificate, the executrix papers, etc. to close the account, they gave me the worst time ever, not even considering that I'm grieving.
