About Dollar Bank Corporate Headquarters Pittsburgh
Dollar Bank Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh is a well-established regional bank founded in 1855, serving both individuals and businesses in Pittsburgh and nearby areas. It offers a full range of banking services, including ATMs, personalized loans, savings accounts, and mortgage solutions. The bank has strong local roots and is committed to helping customers achieve their financial goals. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, like Jennifer at the Fox Chapel branch. However, some experiences highlight areas for improvement, such as the inability to make debit cards on-site and challenges with unlocking cards for overseas purchases, which can involve long wait times and frustrating callbacks. There are also concerns about scams, as some customers received mortgage documents in suspicious envelopes from different banks. Overall, Dollar Bank is a longstanding community bank with a comprehensive service offering, though certain processes could be more customer-friendly.
Terrible bank. Stuck in the 1990s using fax for things and many errors and issues with international transactions and zelle transactions. Only use this bank if you are 70 years old

Terrible communication and caused us to default on our initial payments after our mortgage was sold to them. Just an easy way to get additional money from fees and poor business operations.

This bank is terrible! Do not work with them. They are unreasonable, archaic with technology, rude with customer service and unethical with fees. I’m disgusted and am planning to find a way to change banks. I spoke with Diane, Ingrid and manager Brian Cramer, all of which did not help me!
