Be sure to check your charges to your bank account if you use their credit cards, I was somehow double charged (IT shouldn’t there be some kinda of failsafe to prevent this?). Got the charge reverted after writing a …letter …………and …emailing it…. Now just to get the balance removed from the Credit card……and to check every credit card payment made in the past 5 years.

Terrible communication and caused us to default on our initial payments after our mortgage was sold to them. Just an easy way to get additional money from fees and poor business operations.

This bank is terrible! Do not work with them. They are unreasonable, archaic with technology, rude with customer service and unethical with fees. I’m disgusted and am planning to find a way to change banks. I spoke with Diane, Ingrid and manager Brian Cramer, all of which did not help me!

Was simply trying to obtain information on how our cleaning company can be considered for cleaning at one of the locations, and was told we will never need services we are happy with what we have in the most disgusting way . Who ever they were needs re training .

I have been on the phone Up to 3 hours today and also Friday for approximately the same time. And they cannot get to figure, what is going on with my card? I would love to have a representative from headquarters. Talk to me, I am very upset with the bank. i have been at customer since 2008
NEVER have I had any PROBLEM with the bank.

If you call the lost or stolen card 800 number you get a recorded SALES call for a medical alert device. You can't get move on from the sales pitch. The only option at the beginning of the call is to choose under age 50 or over age 50, either way you get a sales pitch and there's no way around it. When you've had an emergency, or if your card is lost or stolen, the last thing anyone needs in a sales pitch. I was calling to assist an elderly person with an emergency, this isn't my bank, it never will be. Dollar bank, this is disgusting behavior.

I have had dollar bank all my adult life. Many personal loans and mortgage too. All have been paid off in full. Now I am investing with dollar bank too. 5 Stars and always great service.

Do NOT bank here. Just before covid started, we had started fighting a $500 false charge. Just when we thought everything was settled, our statements went into archives as they admitted to us and a local bank rep. Today the bill is over $1100 and the rep here said there is nothing they can do. All we wanted was the original bill for a local vet charge and we would have paid it, not the disputed false charge plus late fees and interest we will NOT pay. We are closing the accounts and removing all $ from this scamming bank. Possible inside fraud using our account. Do not bank here

I have a business account with dollar bank, and I have never seen so many Issues when trying to navigate my money. For starters, this is the only bank that will not allow business owners to up their ATM withdrawal amount. This is my money. I should be able to use it the way I want to. I was also told that any Direct deposit that I will get, I should receive them earlier, and of course, this was a complete lie as well. Dollar bank is unable to keep up with transactions done over the weekend by debit card. The tellers at the ATMs are useless because everything that I have to do with my account. I'm always told I need to go inside to talk to a teller. Also, the business app sucks, it's almost like a five-year-old designed it. This is by far one of the worst Banks you could ever have a business Account with. I will definitely be moving my business account somewhere else.

Opened up a new account for myself. I went to the Fox Chapel branch. Jennifer was SUPER friendly & helpful. Only downside is they can not make debit cards on site. Might want to change that.

The customer service is beyond horrible, especially at the Moon Township branch. Had a situation with my mother-in-law that was clearly a mistake on their part. When I called asking them to help resolve the issue the loan agent and branch manager were beyond unprofessional. Will be moving to another bank.

Go with any other bank. They are greedy with overdraft fees. Never give you leniency, if your card is stolen on the weekend their app doesn't have the technology to switch it off, you have to call their rude customer service and be on hold for hours as you fret, if it's on a Sunday just bend over, there's nothing you can do. Literally nothing. The app is in the stone age, and their customer service needs some therapy, everyone that hangs up on people as they are freaking out will get their karma. 3 times 3 times 3.

Not a customer, but as a guest of dollar bank - I withdrew money from their ATM with fees - which my bank will reimburse- I went inside to get change and was not provided service, turned away. I was going to change banks soon but it won't be to dollar bank, this is not how to get new customers .
