1400 dollars went missing from my account. The manager i filed a complaint with took off for vacation when I was assured the money would be returned to my account. Now my account is closed and a citation is coming in the mail due to my behavior on the PHONE.

Terrible bank. Stuck in the 1990s using fax for things and many errors and issues with international transactions and zelle transactions. Only use this bank if you are 70 years old
