FedEx express driver left NUMEROUS handguns out the back door of my local FFL and FORGED my signature. A complaint has been filed. If it happens again I’ll sue for forgery and refer the case to ATF for prosecution

Everyone’s reviews here about the awful front desk person at this location are unfortunately accurate. Went on Saturday, 7/26 to try and mail some items. The lady at the counter (Asian, very short gray hair) I’ve dealt with before and she is quite unpleasant and unprofessional. Seems she should not be in a people facing job. She was so condescending and belittling. She must think she’s more intelligent than all the customers and she is incredibly egocentric. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. Before I left I asked how her day was going. She basically talked down to me for asking lol. I was trying to clarify is this her normal mood or is she having a bad day. She made a comment about how she didn’t want to be up front and wanted to be in the back at her desk like I was holding her up by being there. I told her she wasn’t respectful - she argued with me that I just didnt like the info she gave me about shipping. Lol no, that wasn’t it at all, sorry lady. I told her she was efficient, I’ll give her that. But that she could have been more pleasant. She then argued that I was deflecting! Lol I wish I were making this up. Seriously FedEx 32nd street, remove this woman from any customer facing jobs. Sidenote: sometimes there’s a black woman who works at the front and she’s always super nice and professional. Hire more ppl like her for this front counter position. And train your other front desk staff to not talk down and be salty to customers.

The staff after 4 pm on weekdays has the worst attitude ever. First of all, I did not have to come in if the driver can just inform me for signature upon arrival (we are always at home, the driver never arrives). He took a random photo of a random street that is not even my front door. I had to go in myself for the package and the staff was extremely rude. While my husband was murmuring that maybe the driver has time pressure to deliver fast so they don’t contact people for signature, she stood there and refused to check my package. I said: what else do you need to check my package? She said: I am waiting for him to vent. Note that my husband was not even talking directly to her and was with way better attitude than hers. She then said a lot of sarcastic things. Very unprofessional. Filed a complaint but I wonder if the site will even care.

Please consider hiring a nicer staff. The staff here is very rude and yells at customers every second. They yelled at me to spell the address for them, and yelled at me again because I read the letters too fast. I’ve been there 4 times and it happens to me every time. They supposed you know everything and if you ask anything, they just talk to you in a very racist and rude way. No guidance on how to ship packages at all. Only yelling at customers. Please go to another store if possible.

FedEx claims it attempted to deliver a package 3 times and no one was available to sign and accept the package. All the three days I was available, and no contact/attempt was made to obtain a signature/accept the package!

After not receiving my Packages Sunday November 3rd and finding that the packages were delivered to wrong address I spoke to the manager Paris showed him photos of the Huge mistake the driver made delivering my packages to a wrong address. (While tearful and emotional)
Paris was able to calm me down and explain that the driver is concidered to be a “Ground Delivery Driver “
Mia another employee took time to look up the tracking numbers and contacted Brenda from Zelionople facility to file a complaint and escalate the claim to another department. The company I ordered from is True Religion. I am a single mom who purchased trendy clothing for my Autistic son who was being teased in high school so he can fit in. This is not the first time ordering from this company. . I contacted the company via email numerous times before. they do not have a telephone number for contacting them. I also filed a Police Report. This company has given me a very hard time to replace my Items but at this time now I want to be REFUNDED! This is very sad to treat your customer this way. It’s a shame after having Bronchial pneumonia and anxiety attacks crying and emotional and being greatly inconvenienced, that I had to go through this entire ordeal since NOVEMBER 3rd.
I said what happened to customer service?
Well I say one thing. Mia. Paris and another young lady/manager from 5th Avenue location NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
AFTER MY 20 plus minutes I left the LOCATION REASSURED NOT ONLY ABOUT MY PACKAGES BUT ABOUT OTHER SIMILAR RECENT EXPERIENCES..
Thank you very much again. Great job guys. I hope and pray this reaches cooperate for recognition.

horrible service. woman at the counter told me i am missing a label and sent me away. I go home and search up the requirements and turns out it is not needed at all for ground shipping. wasted my time and money.
