Terrible customer service. I could not get a live person for hours. They did not deliver in the 2 hour window they provided. Furthermore, who can wait from 8am-8pm to sign for a package?

Ignores delivery instructions. 4 out of the last 5 deliveries were left out on a landing leaving it visible 2 traffic, foot traffic, neighbors, "WEATHER " My last delivery was left out in the RAIN. Instructions r 2 deliver 2 back porch (easy delivery close 2 road & just 3 steps!!). FedEx delivers 2 front porch (hard delivery on a hill with sidewalk, 12-14 steps, landing, 4 steps, porch. Don't Use this service.

I’m not typically one to write a negative review, but the customer service at this location is terrible. The woman at the desk is clearly overworked and has no patience for customers who aren’t prepared and have questions. I was belittled and treated rudely. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We tried to be pleasant with the person handling our transaction. She wouldn't stop complaining about how we packaged our item, even though it was packaged per legal requirements for shipping the item. She tried to say we didn't have to tell her it was a firearm even though the directions from S&W specifically say when you drop it off at FedEx you MUST tell the clerk. The first FedEx location we stopped at had no problem with the way the package was wrapped but couldn't ship it because it was a firearm. When the person finished processing the package the she angrily told us "it's checked in. You can go now". I know it's a rough time of year for this kind of job but the way this lady treated us was completely uncalled for.

Definitely the worst delivery service by far. The driver for 15209 Millvale has to be incompetent. They didn’t even follow my delivery instructions, and I never even saw the truck pull up. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried receiving the same package.

Driver for 15201 district is apparently mentally deficient. I have never had a FedEx package on time, not beat up, or without issues. The driver marked not home twice and that no answer to the door, and we had a ring camera sat outside with a six pack love streaming, never even saw a FedEx truck. Trash company, rude people.

Fedex is horrible. On two separate occasions (different packages) they have claimed to made a delivery attempt for a signature delivery, but they did not. I was home both times. The first time, I went to the door immediately and the guy had already run off. The most recent time, I was literally standing outside waiting at the time they claimed to have made delivery attempt. There was no FedEx person anywhere around, no sticker on the door, etc. It was just a lie. These guys need to be run out of business. Completely unprofessional and deceptive.

Very compassionate people work here. Both the front office ladies and the truck drivers made sure I received my package that was held at various places. I really appreciate their help while I tried to get an important package delivered.Their support was exemplary. Thank you!

Put a vacation hold on my account and a package was delivered anyway. When I called to inquire why/complain, they kept transferring me and eventually hung up on me. So moral of the story: don’t bother with vacation holds on packages because apparently they don’t honor them anyway and won’t admit when they mess up.

I bought a treadmill from amazon. It was not working at all. Return service of amazon and company was horrible. I brought it 32th street Fedex location. People were very kind and helpful. They did an amazing job. I returned it.

I came here to pick up a package and they had it ready for me. Only took a couple minutes to get the package. Kept missing it at my house but it's okay because they had it there right for me ready to go

Not pleased at all with Fed Ex. Their driver came through the alley next to my house. He didn't even have a delivery. pulling out of the alley he hit and took out our decorative wall and plants. We have it all on camera. We contacted Pittsburgh Fed Ex facility and they gave me a claim number and said the drivers supervisor would be calling in 24 to 48 hours. That was over a month ago! Return call get the same response. Tell me Fed Ex, who's going to fix this? Try training your drivers!
