Extremely poor purchasing experience. The salesperson was rude and impatient, making my family feel extremely uncomfortable and offended. He was unwilling even to fetch a pair of shoes. The customer service was very bad , the shoe collection is decent but the customer service made felt like I wasn’t welcome I felt no interest in answering my questions and providing me with the shoes that fit my size

My kids are 12 and 13 now and are very particular about their shoes. They wanted Jordan 1's and we went there at just the right time and got them. We were lucky. All the sales associates were so nice and helpful. Gave us tips on getting the right shoes at the right time. My kids are so happy!
