Went there twice, had the same woman help me. She was too busy messing with fixing the phones for 15 minutes while I waited for her to finish the first time (more focused on that than the line of guests that were coming in), and then the second time I went she closed the wrong account I had...glad I'm switching banks anyways.

Love the staff!! They made our transition from Fifth Thirds a lot easier! The bank has a system that has sent emails, (not bothersome in how many) rating my experience so far.
