  FNB offers no way to make principal payments online for a loan, they also do not send a statement or offer any way for you to see how much you pay in interest each month.

  They have bad attitude . Ask any help possibly they can do ,they will ignore you last time I have there . Big mistake I open a business account with them . I will never ever go to that branch even it is very closest to me.

  I went through all of the trouble to switch banks because first national bank is terrible. I use capital one now and there has been no issue. My mom is now also having issues with First National and moving to a new bank.
