Since a plastic bag ban, the store hands out free, sturdy reusable bags. Customer experiences with staff vary. Many workers are described as very courteous and nice. A unique observation is that the cashier does not handle money, only scans and bags. However, there can be exceptions in service, with some customers reporting receiving attitude or angry stares from employees at self-checkout, especially when technical issues arise. The store can sometimes feel a little understaffed, leading to waits at checkout. A specific hygiene concern was noted regarding the handling of donuts in the bakery. Most cashiers are great. There's some who don't need to be standing up because it seems to be too hard on their back which causes them to move extra extra slowly. Can yall stop people from getting cigarettes at the checkout lane. Make them people go to customer service. It's causing hold ups.

Very clean and workers were very courteous to your needs. Cashier does not handle money, they just scan and bag. First time seeing this. I like it.
