Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a long-standing nonprofit thrift store and donation center providing affordable secondhand items. Shoppers note it is a good place to find cheap CDs, collectibles, clothes, jewelry, toys, and housewares like furniture and electronics, all priced to sell. Customers sometimes find great items, like Christmas music or a pineapple lamp for a few dollars, making it worth a look. However, experiences with staff are frequently negative. Reviews mention employees being truly awful, pushing customers, standing on phones instead of checking people out, and having behavior issues. The store also receives criticism for inconsistent stock, like having summer clothes out when someone wanted sweaters. While some find good condition home items, especially on senior discount day, others feel the selection is a crap shoot after a weekend rush.
They actually have a lot of great stuff. Great selection of clothes some furniture a lot of knickknacks and lots and lots and lots of coffee pots great place highly recommend. The staff was so friendly.

I stopped in today for one thing, sadly they did not have the item I was looking for. However I did find multiple other things that I am happy with. Good prices, great store, good energy, neat and clean, the staff were friendly and upbeat. I definitely recommend you stop in if you're in the area. 👍

My favorite goodwill. They actually keep prices down at all of these stores and those with a keen eye and some free time can redo their wardrobe at a fraction of the cost. Looking through the clothes, shoes, and sporting goods items always amuses me.
