Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a well-established nonprofit thrift store and donation center that has been serving the community for over 100 years. Customers appreciate the ability to donate and shop for affordable secondhand clothing, housewares, and furniture. The store is known for its cleanliness and has a helpful staff who assist with pricing items at the register if necessary. Shoppers often find unique treasures, including designer items, at reasonable prices, especially during special promotions like senior discounts on Mondays and weekly color code discounts. Though some customers note that the inventory may not be updated frequently and the selection of furniture is limited, the store still offers a variety of clothing and other items. The location features dressing rooms with large mirrors and clean public restrooms, as well as a drive-thru donation center for convenience. Despite some frustrations regarding pricing and traffic flow, many return due to the thrill of finding special items. Overall, Goodwill is celebrated for its commitment to community support and providing a positive shopping experience.
Well stocked but not well organized. The sizes range from s to xl. Plus sizes are mixed with xl. Lots of work. And the sizes are not organized by color. You need to be in the mood to rummage.
